My first recommendation would be to look for a counselor that may advice you. Usually a counselor can help you to get to know yourself as well as they possibly can. They may help you in finding information about your interests, skills, and your values. A counselor can use different assessments that help you to discover this information. The use of a very in-depth values assessments will helps you get extremely clear on what is truly important to you; what you're willing to trade off on in terms of your work / education and the things that you're not.
Getting to know what your career passion is, should be one of the most critical things that every single human being needs to do.
If you want to determine your skills or interests the best way is is to work with a licensed career counselor who can give you different types of assessments that measure skills, interests and values.
Think about the things that you love doing so much that you would do them for free. Start a "ME" project and analyze your thoughts, notice what you mostly like to do, what brings you joy in life. Focus on yourself and put everything on a paper. With each experience you have daily, evaluate your feelings. This is a good way in getting to know YOU better.
If you don't have access to a professional counselor, let's say from different personal reasons, than don't worry. There are also different types of assessments available on the internet, through career counselors, through career counseling centers at various junior colleges and universities. There are a lot of free ways to determine what your skills and interests are.
